Instacart acquires Wynshop to provide tools for grocers and retailers

Giant Instacart for the delivery of groceries announced Thursday acquisition WynshopE-commerce solutions based on a cloud for food. The deal will help Instacart to improve their companies of solutions, allowing traders to improve their internet experiences.

The company did not reveal the terms of the contract.

Wynshop launched its platform in 2020 and provides online stores for food, working with clients such as Wakefern Food Corp. And Pattison Group. His offer starts from a real-time AI tool and a solution to fill in the shopping order.

For now, Wynshop will act as a branch in complete ownership, with its technology integrated over time in the Instacart’s platform. Integration is expected to strengthen e-trait, advertisement, fulfillment and offer in the store.

The acquisition is a significant step for Instacart, bringing in the total number of companies he acquired at six, including Caper AI, Eversight, Foodstorm, Rosie and Una.

The company also publishes its financial results in the first quarter of 2025 after the market closure.
