CBS affiliate in San Antonio KEN announced that the anchor Audrey Castoreno will return to the station’s morning newscast on Monday.
Before the anchor at noon and 4 o’clock in the evening, he had the anchor of the station’s television at 4:30 am.
“Morning has always held a special place in my heart, and this team truly feels like a family,” Castoreno said. “I am excited and honored to take on this new role and to once again be a part of San Antonio’s morning routine.”
Castoreno began working at the station in 2015. He will be the morning co-anchor Barry Davismeteorologist Paul Mireles and still traffic Jessica Coombs.

Castoreno takes over Sarah Forgany as the morning anchor after Forgany moved to the afternoon news in December. Forgany will continue to anchor KENS 5 News at noon and 4 p.m. and co-anchor KENS 5 News at 5 with Deborah Knapp and the head of time Bill Taylor.
