If you hate grocery shopping and prefer to crash on the sofa while watching your favorite shows, then we have some news for you: you can now do both without getting out of your PJs.

Starting in 2023, Instacart offers all Instacart+ members (current and new) a free membership to Peacock PremiumNBCUniversal’s streaming service. That’s $79.99 worth of streaming content at no additional cost.

If you’re not already an Instacart+ member, the service costs $9.99 per month, or $99 per year. You’ll get unlimited $0 delivery fees on grocery and restaurant orders over $35 and fast 30-minute delivery. (I’ve been a member since 2018, and the perks have definitely saved me a lot of time and money over the years.)

How to claim your free Peacock Premium membership

You need to link your Instacart+ account to activate your account Peacock Premium Membership.

Here’s how:

1. Click on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner of the website or the “account” icon in the upper right corner of the app.

2. You can select “your Instacart+ membership” on the left side of the website or go to “settings” and then “your Instacart+ membership” in the app.

3. Under “unlock special offers”, click “activate” under the Peacock Premium offer.

4. Select “activate Peacock now” and complete the setup on the Peacock website.

Once you’ve linked your accounts (or signed up for Instacart+), you’ll have access to Peacock’s entire library of shows, movies, live sports and news. Happy streaming!
