RainFocus’ Latest Data Integration Solution with Adobe Enables Better Alignment Between Sales and Marketing and Events

The new solution allows data captured in Adobe technologies to inform event recommendations and customer engagement for increased personalization

RainFocus™, provider of the next generation event marketing platform, announced the Destination Connector, a new data integration solution with Adobe. The solution seamlessly connects data from Adobe Experience Cloud to RainFocus, aligning real-time customer behaviors from year-round sales and marketing efforts to attendee travel records. This creates more personalized event experiences, accelerated customer acquisition, and greater customer loyalty.

The Destination Connector complements the Source Connector, an Adobe integration solution that RainFocus announced in 2023. The Source Connector maps RainFocus behavioral data into the Adobe Experience Platform, creating a holistic view of the customer journey and of the assistant to make informed sales and marketing decisions. With the Destination Connector, those customer profiles can be streamed to RainFocus as attendees to promote personalized journeys at events and streamline the acquisition process.

RainFocus has been working with Adobe on its events portfolio for over six years. The company first announced its technology partnership with Adobe in 2023 when it became an Adobe Platinum Partner, working together to elevate customer journeys for joint customers. Last year, event marketing platform RainFocus powered Adobe Summit, the Digital Experience Conference that hosted more than 10,000 in-person and virtual attendees, more than 250 sessions and more than 140 sponsors.
